After you approve your travel plan, we will send you an invoice listing the services
offered and any applicable consultation or coordination fees. Payment must be completed before we
confirm any reservations.
In certain situations, clients may be required to make payments directly to external travel vendors. If
this applies, we will clearly inform you in advance.
Each airline, hotel, and travel supplier has its own rules, charges, and conditions.
Netcare Travels has no authority over their cancellation penalties, service delays, schedule changes, or
other operational decisions.
For added protection, we strongly encourage all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
