At Netcare Travels, we follow a clear and regulated cancellation process based on the rules set by airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers. All cancellation requests, eligibility, and outcomes depend entirely on these third-party policies. Please review the guidelines below carefully before requesting any cancellation.
Flight tickets purchased through Netcare Travels, as well as the service fees charged on
those bookings, are completely non-refundable.
Once a booking is finalized, name changes, date modifications, or corrections to flight
tickets or hotel
reservations are not allowed.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that it will be accepted.
Approval depends solely on the airline or supplier’s cancellation policy, which varies from case to
case.
If an airline permits cancellation, you may receive a travel credit for future use with the
same airline and the same traveler.
This credit must be used within the airline’s specific validity period. Expired credits cannot be
reinstated.
Additional conditions or restrictions may apply as determined by the airline.
f a cancellation is approved by the airline or supplier, the customer must immediately contact Netcare Travels through our customer support phone line. Cancellation must be initiated before the scheduled flight departure or hotel check-in date.
For security and verification purposes, cancellations cannot be made via email. You must call our customer support team to place any cancellation request.
For trips involving more than one airline, the cancellation rules of each individual airline will apply to their respective segments. The strictest policy among those airlines may determine the overall cancellation outcome.
If one flight in a multi-segment itinerary is canceled or rescheduled, and this impacts the other flights:
Most airline tickets, hotel reservations, and associated service fees become non-refundable after 24 hours of booking, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Netcare Travels can accept cancellation requests only when:
Customers who do not board their flights (“no show”) or skip parts of their itinerary (flights or hotel stays) are not eligible for any refund or cancellation processing.
Once the departure date has arrived, or once travel has started, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.
Airfares may change between the initial booking and the actual issuance of the ticket.
Confirmed tickets are issued only after full payment is received. Any request for changes or cancellations to issued tickets will incur penalties from both the airline and Netcare Travels.
If any part of this Cancellation Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the
remaining provisions will continue to apply in full.
Netcare Travels reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to any part of our website—without
prior notice and without liability—at our discretion.
