In certain situations, clients may be required to make payments directly to external travel vendors. If this applies, we will clearly inform you in advance.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  2. You are required to read, understand, and accept the terms of the third-party providers involved in your booking.
  3. All travel-related documents and confirmations will be emailed to the address you have provided to us.

5. Third-Party Provider Policies

Each airline, hotel, and travel supplier has its own rules, charges, and conditions. Netcare Travels has no authority over their cancellation penalties, service delays, schedule changes, or other operational decisions.
For added protection, we strongly encourage all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
