Passenger types include: Adult, Child, Senior, Infant, Student, and Military. Service fees for changes, cancellations, refunds, or future credits are applied per passenger and per ticket. Government taxes and fees may vary. You will only be charged the final amount shown, quoted by our agent, or displayed on our website.

  1. Our booking fees and all post-ticketing service charges are non-refundable and may change without prior notice. These fees are separate from any charges imposed by airlines or our travel partners.
  2. All airline refunds or future travel credits are handled according to the airline’s fare rules, processes, and policies.
^ Hotel and holiday cancellation fees (if applicable) depend on the hotel’s or airline’s own policies.

3. Special Services: All special service requests are submitted on request only and are subject to approval by the airline or service provider. Fees for special services apply only when the service is available and will be refunded only if the request is denied.

  • Name Correction: A name mismatch between the ticket and the passenger’s passport or government ID may require correction.
  • Visa/Passport Rejection: A formal visa or passport rejection letter is typically required to process related claims or requests.
  • Baggage Issues: Please keep all baggage receipts and tags for verification.
  • No-Show: Documentation explaining why you were unable to take your scheduled flight will be required.
  • Duplicate Tickets: Copies of all duplicate tickets with identical itineraries booked through us must be provided to process any refund
